Please don't ask us to
FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS
here's why;
- We are commercial shippers, Customs realizes that we don't send
"Gifts", this sets off red flags with them.
- Your goods can be seized if Customs suspects misleading
information, and they will not be returned.- We can be banned from shipping to your
country.
- We can be fined up to $10,000.00 USD or
worse... go to jail.
Any person who
knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the
Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall
be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or
imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both.

Orders outside of the
Continental U.S.
will incur a $25.00 handling fee if under $200.00
Returns and Exchanges
Please ASK before you
ORDER!
- No returns or exchanges
after 30 days from invoice date.
- No cash refunds will be given.
- A 20% re-stocking charge may be applied.
- Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
- No returns or exchanges on electrical or ignition parts or piston ring
sets.

To request an
exchange for product, you
must first
contact us for approval.
Dynoman Performance will exchange parts only at its discretion. If your exchange is
accepted, we will provide you with a return number.
Returns are at Dynoman's
discretion only. Please ask before you order; if item is a closeout part,
returning it is not an option. If item is a special order, returning is
not a possibility either. No exceptions.
All parts returned or
exchanged must be in "as new"
condition. Parts returned must be in original packaging. All part numbers
and your approval number must be listed for exchanges. Returns will not be
accepted without an approval number obtained in advance. Absolutely no
returns on ignition or electrical items.
Shipping charges for returned products and
for exchanged products are the responsibility of the Customer. Any
additional charges for exchanged product must be paid for in advance via Paypal.

Damaged Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition
is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged
condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your
original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping
damages to the delivery carrier within three days.
Warranty
Most products are warranted against
manufacturer defects by the Manufacturer for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is
void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. Dynoman
Performance
is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.
All products sold here are
for racing use and are used at the buyers own risk.

Dynoman
believes in protecting the Earth's precious natural resources as
much as possible and for many years has sought out ways to do our
part . We reuse cardboard boxes
whenever possible; those that cannot be reused are recycled. We
reuse all packing material and when we have to purchase new packing
'peanuts' we only buy the corn starch type which break down very
quickly when wet and do not contaminate landfills. We also email
invoices to our customers; this paperless communication saves tens
of thousands of pieces of paper per year. These are just a few of
the ways we work toward doing our part, and we strive to find more!
